The polyphenols of pomegranate juice are excellent for keeping the cardiovascular system and prostate healthy, and for protecting the cells.

The freeze-drying maintains the freshness of the phytochemicals. Under decreased pressure water is removed at low temperatures. From this process results a powder with a large surface area and an optimal solubility. This is of great help for the absorption process, as only substances which are properly liquefied are properly absorbed and metabolised.
